Device requirements
Supported devices, operating systems, and browsers for the Bodygram Platform dashboard and camera-based scanning.
The Bodygram Platform runs in two contexts with very different requirements: the web dashboard is broadly compatible with anything modern, while the camera scan needs an up-to-date mobile OS and browser to capture high-quality photos and access device sensors.
Dashboard
The Bodygram Platform dashboard at platform.bodygram.com works on any device with a modern web browser — desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. There are no special hardware or OS requirements.
Camera scan
Camera-based scanning (via the hosted Scanner, the PWA Scanner, or an Android WebView) requires a recent mobile device so that the browser can access the camera, gyroscope, and accelerometer reliably.

On older devices the scanner UI may still load, but camera capture, sensor permissions, or scan accuracy can degrade. Always test on a device that meets the minimums above before rolling out to end users.
